DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

This Delivery and Shipping Policy (“this Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Website [shop.symphonylimited.com] (“Website“) operated by Symphony Limited (“Symphony“, “we“, “us“, or “our“), a public company bearing Corporate Identification Number (CIN): L32201GJ1988PLC010331, incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and an existing Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered address at Symphony House, Third Floor, FP-12, TP-50, Off S.G. Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, 380059.

This Policy is published in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

    • This Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping, delivery, and reverse logistics of products (“Products“) purchased through the Website.

    • We offer delivery services across India through reputed third-party logistics partners to ensure efficient and timely shipments.

    • By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

  1. Shipping & Delivery Terms

    1. Shipping Timelines

      • All orders placed are generally eligible for same-day dispatch (within 24 business hours), except for orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), which are processed on the next business day.

      • Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location (pin code), product availability, and logistics partner serviceability.

      • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS and/or email on the contact information registered with us

    1. Delivery Process

      • We partner with third-party logistics providers (“Logistics Partners“) for shipping and delivery services.

      • You may be required to share/provide a One-Time Password (OTP) at the time of delivery for authentication purposes.

      • You must verify/inspect the contents of the package upon delivery, including checking for completeness and condition.

      • We will make up to 2(two) delivery attempts. If unsuccessful/both fail, your order may be cancelled, and the Product returned to us.

    1. Delivery Confirmation

      • Once a product is marked “Delivered” by our logistics partner and confirmed via OTP or delivery scan, Symphony will consider the order fulfilled.

      • Any discrepancy in delivery (e.g., non-receipt despite “Delivered” status) must be reported to our Customer Support within 48 hours, failing which claims may not be entertained.

    1. Unserviceable Locations

      • We reserve the right to limit/restrict serviceability/delivery to certain specific pin codes or geographical areas. You may check delivery availability by entering your pin code on the Website.

      • If an area/location becomes unserviceable after order placement, Symphony reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if applicable.

    1. User Responsibilities

      • You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid delivery details. Symphony shall not be liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.

      • In the event of any discrepancy or tampered packaging, you must refuse delivery and report the issue immediately to our Customer Support. Packages with broken seals or tampered “Void Seals” will not be eligible for returns or claims.

    1. Shipping Charges

      • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Charges may vary based on order value, delivery location, or product category.

      • Shipping charges, once paid, are generally non-refundable except the return is due to a product defect, damage, or error attributable to Symphony, subject to verification.

    1. International Shipping

      • Currently, Symphony ships only within India.

      • We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any future updates will be reflected on the Website.

    1. Tracking Orders

      • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with you. You may track the shipment status on the logistics partner’s website or via links provided by us.

      • While we strive to provide for real-time updates, delays or inaccuracies in tracking due to technical issues are beyond our control and we are not responsible for the same.

    1. Delays in Delivery

Delivery timelines may be impacted due to:

      • Natural calamities (e.g., floods, earthquakes)

      • Political unrest, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions

      • Logistic constraints/disruptions beyond our control

      • Public holidays or pandemic-related delays

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you/keep you informed. However, Symphony shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss due to such delays.

    1. Conduct of Delivery Personnel

      • While we engage reputed and reliable Logistics Partners, Symphony is not liable/responsible for the conduct, behavior, or service deficiencies of the delivery personnel.

      • Any disputes or complaints regarding delivery behavior must be raised directly with the logistics partner.

  1. Returns via Reverse Logistics

    • Eligible Returns will be processed through our reverse logistics partners.

    • Once your return request is approved, our reverse logistics team will coordinate with you to collect the item.

    • All Returns are subject to the terms specified in our Return & Refund Policy, which are available on the Website.

  1. Order Modification & Cancellation

    1. Order Modification: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified (e.g., change in address or product variant). Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your purchase.

    2. Order Cancellation:

      • Orders can be cancelled by you only before dispatch. Post-dispatch, cancellation will be treated as a return, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

      • Symphony reserves the right to cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

          • Unavailability of product,
          • Incorrect pricing due to system error,
          • Delivery to unserviceable locations,
          • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
